Boris Desperaux is a secondary antagonist in the Caillou SC series.[]
Early Life
Boris's life growing up was incredibly rough as his mother and father were both poor. Boris tried relating to his father but his father often was very overworked, and tired. One day, his father decided to take Boris to the park on a family trip. Boris got into a fight with two boys that teased a girl for not being able to play with them. Boris' father did not approve of him hitting boys, and as a result, he grounded Boris. Boris often reflects on that day being grounded, as the "greatest day of his life" as he the connection between him and his dad grew.
Relationship with Doris
Later in life, Boris met at a high school pep rally at North Florendale High. At first, Doris' friends made fun of him for being poor, as Boris attended South Florendale High, which was a school for people with low income. But Doris saw a different man in him. This led the two to meet up with each other to the dismay of her friends. They shared their first kiss at the movie theater. Much later, the two got married, as Doris was pregnant with their First-Born Caillou, but unfortunately, the ceremony was overshadowed by the sudden death of his father the morning of the wedding. Caillou would go on to be born and was named after the pebble, and Boris and his Father would often go to the pond to skip stones. Doris and Boris would end up having another child two years later. Boris named his second child a girl named, Rosie after the flower that his mother often grew in her garden, too much to the dismay of Doris, who didn't really like the name at first but wanted to have Boris' parent's legacy continue. Several years later, Boris and Doris had another child another girl, named Daisy. Boris did not know, where he got the name from this time around, it's suggested that people probably told him to name her "Daisy" if she was a girl, or "Cody" if he was a boy. Boris and Doris have mixed relationships with their kids,
Personal Life
Boris is an extremely incompetent man who neglects his wife and has an on-and-off relationship with his son Caillou. However, Boris does seem to love his daughters Rosie and Daisy.
Boris used to work as a software engineer but was fired by his startup firm for his negligence
Resentment
Boris has a particular hatred for millionaire entrepreneur Arthur Degaldo, despite his daughter Rosie being best friends with Arthur's daughter, Gina. He despises Arthur for being a silver-spooned child with everything that was handed to him, unlike Boris who had to work hard for it.
